Model School

The scheme aims to provide quality education to talented rural children through setting up of 6,000 model schools as benchmark of excellence at block level at the rate of one school per block.The student model should represent the student's current state of knowledge. That includes a representation of the knowledge, concepts, and skills the student has acquired either fully or partially. It also includes the representation of a given student's special skills and needs.(doc)
